Rental Policies

Deposits required on all rentals. 

Fees based on a daily schedule -- Credit, Debit or Pre-paid card only.  No cash accepted - no exceptions.

No smoking in vehicles. 

Clients between the age of 21 and 24 will be assessed an under-age fee. 

​While common dirt is expected, excessively dirty vehicles will be charged a cleaning fee

All rental units are designated a “due in” date & time.  Failure to return on-time will result in breach of your rental agreement and additional fees will be charged.  Please ask for further details.

The rental agreement limits driving past any of the surrounding states of North or South Carolina without prior authorization at the time of rental.

All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and proof of residence.

​Renters arriving at Charlotte Douglas International Airport are required to provide valid driver’s license and provide a valid driver's license.

​Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel when you picked up your vehicle. ​

​All vehicles come with 250 miles per rental day. Additional Mileage packages available

​All renters must carry insurance on each car rental.

Only persons listed on the rental agreement may drive a rental vehicle.  If the vehicle is driven by an “unauthorized driver”, an additional charge will be made for each additional driver.  Legal actions may be taken against both parties (this is considered a felony). 

There will be NO refunds of charges for early returns of rental vehicles.
